The following is a video from my SLIM! Keto Reset Course. It is foundational to understand REAL Health.

Dr. Price was a dentist in the 1930's who believed diet may have a connection to the structure of a person's teeth. He traveled over 300,000 miles to prove his hypothesis! He found that Indigenous people groups who had never touched "civilization's foods" like white flour, white sugar and canned or processed foods had better teeth stucture and healthier lives. He also found similarities in their diets although they did vary according to where they lived.
